Anthony Kim Vergara is currently working as an IT Security Specialist in Makati. A member of The Writer’s Bloc and an active senior member of Tanghalang Tatsulok, a community-based theater group in Bataan. He also previously worked part-time as a photographer and a freelance talent for TVC’s, Indie films and Digital Ads. “The Boy-boy and Friends Channel” is his third play to be staged in the Virgin Labfest. Two of his previous plays staged in the said festival were “A Family Reunion” and “Ang Inyong mga Anak: Si Harold at Napoleon”. He spends most of his money buying Gundam Plastic Models and pairs of socks which consistently vanish during laundry service. Despite his little success in the field of playwriting, he actually graduated from a small College in Bataan with a BS in Information Technology and nothing else related to literature and arts. He considers Allan Lopez as his first mentor in Playwriting.
