Felimon finished the 3-year Professional Diploma in Intercultural Theatre (Acting) from the Intercultural Theatre Institute in Singapore in 2005. In June 2007, he founded the Teatro Guindegan of La Salle University, where he developed a theater training system called Guindegan Performance Style (GPS). With the company, he directed his Asian classical experimentation productions such as Antigone, Ang Alamat ng Lamok, Awane, Hugis, and Damgo. His dance theatre piece Hugis was a Philippine entry to the 2014 Solo International Performing Arts (SIPA) Festival in Solo, Indonesia. In 2016, he also directed a nonverbal play entitled Patched, which was a Philippine entry to the 1st Ashirwad International Theatre Festival in Begusarai, India. In September 2017, his dance theater piece was also performed at the 2017 SIPA Festival in Indonesia. As stage actor, he performed in festivals in Manila, Taiwan, Indonesia, India and Singapore. He was the lone Filipino delegate to the Tokyo Performing Arts Meeting (TPAM) in Yokohama, Japan in 2013. He presented a paper during the 20th Performance Studies international Conference in Shanghai, China in 2014, and was also one of the Philippine delegates to the 2019 Abu Dhabi Culture Summit in UAE.
