Hobart P Savior is the Founding Artistic Director of The Xavier Stage and now serves as Vice President for Cultural Affairs of Liceo de Cagayan University. He served as an executive committee member to the National Committee on Cinema and the National Committee on Dramatic Arts of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. He has been a festival director to major projects of the aforementioned committees such as TANGHAL, TAMPOK, and CINEMA REHIYON.
