VISION
Dulaang ELYU envisions to become an innovative leader of theater development in the Ilocos Region, a well-respected platform for dialogues with today’s Filipino youth, and an inspirational beacon for cultural appreciation, development and excellence in the north.
MISSION
Dulaang ELYU’s mission is to inspire the Filipino youth, promote cultural and artistic appreciation, explore collaborative platforms, and develop educational and realistic theater productions.
